Inventory & Reorder Approvals
Stock levels watched, reorders drafted, purchase orders held for approval. The scramble of running out of parts: items below their reorder point are flagged, a person builds a reorder grouped by supplier, and each purchase order is held for approval before anything is placed.
Try it: filter and sort the stock, add low items to a reorder, adjust quantities, then approve a purchase order (it holds, nothing is ordered). Orders over $2,000 need the stock manager role.
