What it is
Over five business days we review one workflow you choose, read-only. You get a written baseline of how that work runs today: the hours, the manual steps, and where it slips. You also get one recommended improvement and one fixed price to build it. The write-up is yours to keep either way.
What it costs
The review is free. Building the improvement is a separate, paid, fixed-scope project. It is not included in the review, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
