What we will touch, and what stops it going wrong.
You handle sensitive client financials, so this is a fair thing to ask before anything else. Here is the mechanism in plain terms. We do not display security seals or make claims we cannot stand behind.
Your accounts, your name
Everything runs on your own tools and goes out under your firm’s identity. We are not a separate party contacting your clients, and we never present ourselves as one.
A person approves consequential steps
Anything that would reach a client waits for a person on your side to approve it. The system drafts and prioritises; a human decides. Nothing is sent automatically.
Least privilege, revocable
We ask only for the access the one workflow needs, and you can revoke it at any time. The work happens on your own accounts. We do not store your credentials, and we keep no copies of your customers’ data.
Monitored, with alerts on failure
We watch that the work keeps running and tell you when something breaks, so a silent failure does not quietly cost you a client. The Reliability Control Room demonstration shows how.
An audit trail
Consequential actions are recorded: who approved what, and when. You can see the history rather than take it on trust. Every demonstration keeps one.
Honest scope
We do not do third-party collections, we do not chase charged-off or disputed debt, and we make no legal or recovery threats. Follow-up stays first-party and routine.
Where approval sits
The single rule the whole system is built around: nothing consequential happens without a person. Try it.
System drafts and prioritises
Reminder to Northgate Mechanical, drafted in your voice.
A person approves
Waiting for you
Only then, in your name
Nothing has gone out
This is a demonstration. Nothing you do here is transmitted or stored, and no message leaves the page.
