The founding review
The founding review is a free, read-only look at one workflow, offered to a limited number of firms. Applying does not create an obligation on either side. We may decline a review if it is not a fit. Any build of an improvement is a separate, paid, fixed-scope project agreed in writing before it starts.
What we do and do not do
- We build and monitor back-office workflows on your own accounts, in your firm’s name.
- We do not act as a third-party collector and do not pursue charged-off or disputed debt.
- A person on your side approves anything that would reach a client.
Not professional advice
Structured Scale builds and monitors workflow software. We do not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing we build or write should be treated as such. Your firm remains responsible for the accuracy of its own books, filings, and client communications. A person on your side approves every output before it is used or sent.
No guarantee
We measure results honestly during a paid build and report them as measured, even when they are modest. We do not promise a specific saving, revenue, or outcome.
